F/T or P/T position available at our busy and growing veterinary practice in Boise. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and comfortable interacting with clients and other staff. The purpose of this position is to assist veterinarians with patient care and treatment, monitor hospitalized pets, maintain inventory, prepare prescriptions, perform routine in-house lab work, educate clients regarding veterinary care and procedures and assist with surgical procedures, among other duties. Experience is not necessary but must have a desire to work hard and improve and learn. Shifts will vary including some weekends and occasional shift work on holidays.
