US-Sr RPA Analyst

The Senior RPA Technical Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining custom robotic processes for clients to support RPA based solutions and workflows that will delight and inspire our customers and their constituents. As a member of this team, you will be expected to build and take ownership of your processes and the client results that you help create.Essential Responsibilities

Understand the product: Build a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and have a thorough understanding of the technology framework and processes that are in place.

Deliver client solutions: Work closely with clients to configure the solution using both a user interface and SQL updates.

Create new RPA processes: Build RPA processes using proprietary tools and scripting to create valuable results for clients.

Manage and Maintain processes: Ensure smooth processing of RPA processes, including validating data and troubleshooting problems and unexpected results. Make or request updates to existing processes as needed based on changing applications and client needs.

Support and Manage the Digital Workforce: Own the automation solutions as they are deployed into production. Troubleshoot and track down the source of errors, analyze technical and business exceptions, identify and escalate changes/bugs, report automation performance and KPIs to stakeholders.

Communicate with Clients: Work with clients to obtain data and other information as needed. Manage expectations and return desired results to clients.

Collaborate with team members: Actively partner with and help team members make progress with RPA processes. Seek out and build positive working relationships with your colleagues and others and earn the respect and trust of your peers through quality, delivery, and consistency.

Skills

At least 2-3 years of RPA experience required (UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA platform), or other client facing application development experience.

Proficient with database technologies like SQL, Cosmos, Mongo, etc.

Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and/or payer organizations is helpful.

Experience working in a in Scrum or other Agile development environment is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision.

Organized, detail-oriented, and process improvement minded.
