This role focuses on the implementation of operational plans that lead to achievement of strategic initiatives. This role oversees the daily operations of the clinic and it’s staff and is responsible for supporting 2 providers; 8 FTE's and 1 clinic.What to Expect:
Monitors practice activities to ensure compliance with all applicable governmental regulations and practice standards.
Leads the identification and implementation of short and long-term goals for the practice and ensures their achievement.
Manages staff, handles operational issues, resolves client issues, and administers the budget.
Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in an office.
May require cross functional knowledge in management, accounting, human resources, law, ethics, economics, strategic planning, and information systems.
Communicates accurate and pertinent information with providers and staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 0 years of experience
Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience
High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience
