Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all .Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.As a Sr. Photolithography Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing processes to improve product quality, driving process yield improvements, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems.We are currently seeking senior-level expertise in Photolithography Engineering.Daily responsibilities

Identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC methodology

Coordinate and carry out process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at the process step

Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost optimization activities

Handle new process baseline qualifications and manage, audit, and collaborate with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk mitigation objectives

Supervise the health of assigned processes, ensuring high-quality output, and providing proactive redundancy plans for bottlenecks that could impact Fab cycle time (CT) or turns

Skills sought for this role

Strong process area knowledge

DRAM development and manufacturing experience

Proven Automation skills through previous automation projects requiring coding/machine learning/JMP Scripting

Strong ability to perform functions of this role described above with minimal direction

Mature understanding of the process flow related to area equipment, SPC principles, and recipe management

Strong leadership skills with the shown ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groups

Able to efficiently coordinate multifunctional teams to complete projects to solve an array of problems, coordinate meetings, and initiate follow-up actions

Communication skills and ability to present optimally to all audiences

Demonstrated ability to resolve advanced problems, project management, resolve process issues, and develop procedures or action plans

Strong understanding of physics, area chemistry, and algebraic concepts as well as analytical problem-solving skills

Mature time management, organization, and prioritization skills

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, related field, or equivalent military experience

5+ years of experience in Photolithography Process Development for semi-conductor products

Manufacturing experience

Data Science understanding
