With opportunities for growth, competitive benefits, and a supportive community of colleagues, St. Luke’s is truly a great place to work.What You Can Expect:Under limited supervision, the Revenue Cycle Trainer 2, is responsible for developing and delivering end-user training to develop competence in the use of clinical and business information systems and other computer software applications.

Analyzes, designs, and develops training resources for the business unit(s). Collaborates closely with management to create prioritization lists of training and initiatives.

Develops or modifies curriculum, training schedules, agendas, job aids, content and/or materials for training programs to meet the needs of end user.

Subject matter expert to staff in continuing education in use of system applications. Epic subject matter expert.

Acts as subject matter expert regarding assigned applications and the organization's designed workflows and processes, and the important system functionality support the workflows.

Through extensive knowledge or creation of work flows, creates and validates training tools which support the education of system users, and in measuring user competency as well as effectiveness of the training program.

Coordinates training for software upgrades and updates across multiple physical locations within the organization or with external partners.

Provides or oversees training in various modalities.

Collaborates with other educators, analysts, and information technology colleagues in ensuring delivery of effective, accurate training to clinical and business professionals.

Conducts, facilitates and evaluates effective computer information systems training using appropriate methodologies, strategies, and content for end users in assigned areas.

Performs advanced and/or complex duties requiring independent decisions and extensive, diversified professional experience and knowledge.

Creates, manages and reports on training completed by individuals or groups. Reports on training initiative implementation and completion.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 3 year's experience.
