We are looking for a Resident Project Representative (part-time) to add to our team in Boise, Idaho. Join our PMCM West team and work alongside our technical experts to provide contributions to the development of new techniques and standards. Help deliver our projects while being a part of a team in completion of our construction work in accordance with projects and client specifications.Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct daily onsite observations and inspections of the contractor’s work to determine if the work conforms to the contract documents and that the integrity of the design concept as reflected in the contract for construction has been implemented and preserved by the contractor.

Effectively communicate and coordinate with project design team, client operations, contractor, and suppliers.

Prepare written daily reports that capture work in progress and correlates to the specifications when applicable.

Ability to review Contractor Pay Request to validate quantities completed or work progress is acceptable.

To be able to maintain or prepare a variety of document control records, including daily/weekly progress reports, material accounting records, change orders, RFI, submittals, and record drawings.

Participate in Weekly Progress Meetings with the Contractor, Client, and Share Holders, if required.

Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.

Able and willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends as required to support the project requirements based upon the contractor’s schedule of work.

5+ years’ experience in construction with a role of quality control inspector or resident project representative for transportation roadway and bridge projects or as a contractor.

Experience with Idaho Transportation Department’s Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction.

Knowledge of construction practices and principles.

Intermediate mathematical skills to perform field calculations.

Ability to work in/around Ketchum, Idaho

Know the local utility representatives in the Wood River Valley area.

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
