You will collaborate with numerous teams to ensure tool availability is increased and that the systems and outputs meet, or exceed, the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:

Provide ownership and oversight of equipment availability, utilization, and quality metrics

Ensure Tool Installation & Qualification (TIQ) processes are followed and expectations are met

Collaborate with operations partners and our equipment suppliers to drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with partners to effectively resolve advanced problems to root cause; develop and deploy corrective and preventive actions

Perform statistical analysis of manufacturing data to ensure that processes meet required quality standards

Maintain records on supplier notices, upgrades, and safety requirements

Develop and implement designs of experiments

Assist in training of team members on advanced equipment processes and details

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of engineering fundamentals and basic electronics technologies

Strong mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and resolve mechanical system problems; design, fabrication, and CAD experience a plus

Ability to tackle problems and address root causes; systematic problem-solving

Self-motivation and independent critical thinking skills

Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and design of experiments

Successfully demonstrated collaboration skills with a strong focus on effective team dynamics

Flexibility to work any shift and rotate shifts as needed

Basic knowledge of Probe or semiconductor equipment and processes are desired
