Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our IT Technical Help Desk position. The IT Technical Help Desk Technician is responsible for supporting the personal computer hardware and software operations, maintenance, customer support, and those tasks assigned by the Systems Administrator and/or Information Systems Manager. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide personal computer software and hardware support to all corporate and branch usersSetup and install new PC's, thin clients, peripherals, and related equipmentConfigure, troubleshoot, and maintain handheld devices in a wireless network environmentSoftware installation for Microsoft products and other applications as defined by Information Systems ManagerMaintain user accounts across multiple systemsKeep track of issues and resolution using trouble-ticket softwarePerform other tasks as assigned or necessary
