Industrial Store Manager

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Manager position. The Industrial Store Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of his/her store. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Plans, implements and documents staff meetings and education programsSupervises the testing, evaluating, documentation and maintenance of adequate inventoryEvaluates, documents and rectifies all safety hazards in and around the office and warehouseWorks with store personnel to meet all customer requirementsAssists in preparing driver routes, logs route changes and driver communication on route sheets as they occurHire, discipline, and terminate staff, as neededLead, train, develop and motivate department’s employeesOversee the activities of the department’s employeesPrioritize and delegate job tasks to staff to ensure timely completionBudgeting and approval of departmental expenditures Performs other tasks as assigned or necessary
