Our program aligns with our mission and values, providing structured support, mentorship, and skill development throughout the first year of practice. The residency includes key milestones , each intentionally spaced over 12 months to focus on onboarding, orientation, clinical skills, and specialty education . Residents can expect to dedicate approximately 4 hours per month attending classes. Residents gain access to content experts, resources, and peer support , fostering critical thinking, confidence, and leadership at the bedside . Additionally, our program includes service line-specific training tailored to the patient population of each resident’s home unit, ensuring they receive targeted education and learning opportunities in their specialty. Utilizing your skills in a Level II Trauma Center and a Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center
Providing next level care for neurological patients in a state-of-the-art unit with the newest and most advanced technology and equipment
Caring for post operative patients along with patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, seizures, strokes, and other neurological disorders
Delivering high-quality nursing care in our 17-bed SDU, utilizing advanced clinical skills to assess, stabilize, and monitor patients
Qualifications :
Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
BLS certification; ACLS and PALS required within designated timelines.
