Job DescriptionJoin Intel as a FTS Data Program Manager! The Senior Program Manager applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.

Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.

Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.

Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.

Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.

Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members

Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.

Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements

Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with a track record of successful project deliveries.

Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to align IT initiatives with broader organizational goals.

QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum QualificationsThe candidate must have a BA or BS Degree and 9+ years of experience in:

IT project management and program management

Enterprise cloud analytics

Agile/Waterfall methodologies

Large scale SAP implementation

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
