Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring the highest level of service is provided. This role is primarily focused on offering phone support and solving complex customer issues in a high-volume support center environment.Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries through various channels including telephone and email. Demonstrating a deep understanding of our services to provide detailed responses to customer questions. Accurately logging all customer interactions in our computer systems. Proactively identifying and resolving potential customer issues, including technical and non-technical concerns. Conducting research as necessary to provide effective solutions to customer queries. Managing escalated customer situations with professionalism and empathy. Supporting the processing of customer enrollment and changes to enrollment. Working collaboratively with the team to meet performance objectives in service, quality assurance, and productivity. Supporting various administrative tasks as needed, such as carrier appeals process, carrier reconciliations, and eligibility renewals. Processing enrollment discrepancies and performing manual verifications or reconciliations. Requirements Proficiency in handling and responding to inbound calls Demonstrated ability in data entry tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High level of patience and empathy to handle customer complaints Proficiency in using customer relationship management software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Willingness to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent education level Prior experience in a customer service role would be an asset.
