Customer Account Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Account Specialist, for our Seeds team in Boise, ID. As the Customer Account Specialist, you will provide reliable, high-quality customer service to an assigned client base, and order management support from the initiation through the coordination of the transplant orders with 3rd party greenhouses to the final shipment of seedlings to the end customer.Duties:Enter customer orders while creating seed and plant production orders.Manage and maintain inventories, orders and plant availability on Plant Order Spreadsheets for each US Transplant Producer.  Create, enter and maintain SAP Production Orders related to consigned seed and transplant inventories and deliveries.Communicate to customers regarding spot plant availability, pricing, order confirmations and line order delivery status.Receive and facilitate communication on customer complaints for non-product concerns such as plant deliveries, freight damage, etc.
