Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all .Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.The Business Process Analyst is responsible for partnering with program managers and process owners to map, design, and implement/improve business processes and systems!In this global strategic role, you will work with teams in IT as well as leaders and stake holders in the Business Units, Engineering, Operations, Global Supply Chain, Research and Development, Global Quality and others to determine business requirements and enable those requirements.Manage Business Processes

Establish CBO process documentation standards and centralized location for processes

Work with process owners to keep existing process documentation up to date

Develop and present process documentation for a new process that is easily understood and can be shared across departments

Assess & document current processes including gaps and interdependencies

Implement standard processes to facilitate capture for the requirements definition of projects

Clearly communicate requirements and any changes to the partners

Assist partners in creation & use of a consistent system and method to model business process

Prioritize work, focus on results and drive for accountability

Promote partnerships across functional areas and customer groups

A high level of self-motivation, with the ability to consistently achieve desired results

Collaborate with Stakeholders to Deliver Strategic Solutions

Leverage business process improvement techniques to elicit, analyze and document business processes or new feature requirements for implementation by information systems technical staff

Understand core CBO business processes and goals

Ensure stakeholders share a common understanding of scope, requirements, problems / opportunities.

Help define metrics & measurement information to proactively engage in process improvement.

Help identify solutions and recommendations to increase accuracy and efficiency

Communicate capabilities & constraints to ensure partner expectations are met

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Business Units, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field of study

Preferred Certifications: PMP, PMI, ITIL, Six Sigma, LEANor other relevant certifications.

Experience with process mapping tools, workshop facilitation, and large scale transformation
