Work Hours:Must be available to work 40 hours per week7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Central Time (Mondays to Fridays)9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Central Time (Saturdays)The starting pay for this role is $22/hrAbility to do monetary, or date/time calculations: Associates handle basic compensation and payroll issues. Ability to understand how a pay period works is necessary for some resolutions.Ability to multitask with Technology: Associate should be able to utilize a computer, headset, mouse keyboard and other accessories to listen, document, research and communicate effectively with customers.Fluent in French-Canadian Quebecois (reading and writing) , Fluent in English (reading and writing). Needs to be able to communicate with both English and French Speaking candidates. Business communication and articles are written and communicated in English.Ability to be empathetic to customers’ needs this is to ensure a proper understanding of each customer query’s and provide a positive customer experience,Preferred Experience within a call center, payroll, or HR setting. Will handle issues related to Hiring, terminations, performance, pay, and compensation.
