Helping to drive the process of realizing the value of technology modernization of an organization by leveraging various tools and capabilities.The MarketPoint Associate Vice President, Technology Solution Implementation role will own a portfolio of operational, strategic, and improvement initiatives aligning short term and long-term technology operations roadmaps across the organization.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of tools as they enable sales leaders, agents, and member interactions and processes.

This leader will be a thought leader who excels at building productive relationship across functions, empowering, inspiring, and challenging key partners and team members

Conceive of, develop, deliver, and manage products for MarketPoint use

Ensure Sales Leadership as well as Operational Teams are equipped with the necessary tools and information to achieve operational goals and objectives

Aggregate the unique needs of MarketPoint and bridge technology gaps to deliver and maximize impact and outcomes.

Lead desktop, digital, voice, data, reporting, IVR and UAT end to end; including technology activity and work products

Lead transformation of UAT processes and improve defect rates and speed to market.

Improve end user adoption through disciplined change management practices

Assess current capabilities as well as the competitive landscape to ensure MarketPoint tools are differentiated in the market.

Establish and direct end to end quality standards across multiple tools and teams.

Partner with enterprise stakeholders to create capacity, transparency, and peak season delivery.

Lead sales enablement tools lifecycle processes cradle to grave.

Identify integration opportunities to simplify the end user ease of use.

Improve new user adoption and time to competency via user centered design principles.

Advocate for simpler data access and stakeholder utilization of new data insights made available from tools.

Lead LPM, SAFe and MarketPoint's portfolio management transformation.

Establish and execute 5-year technology plan to deliver a reimagined user experience.

Lead operating service interruption events with enterprise stakeholders and IT.

Accountable for resolving incident tickets and outages in partnership with enterprise stakeholders and IT.

Responsible for MarketPoint's transition to cloud base reporting and data management.

Lead data certification efforts for all MarketPoint data assets

Establish and execute a multi-year roadmap for reporting - including optimizing dashboards, current suite of reports, as well as working with leaders to create new insights

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Progressive & Direct experience leading front-line and remote teams

5 or more year's omnichannel transformation experience

5 or more year's data management and reporting experience

5 or more years' direct experience leading requirements defining data needs, desktop tools, digital experiences, and devices in support of end users.

5 or more years' end to end testing experience leading UAT, or PPV activities.

An in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise wide.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

5 or more years' experience leading agile deployments

5 or more years' experience leading omni-channel experiences, implementation and technology execution

10 or more years' experience orchestrating multiple lines of business solution development and execution at the enterprise level.

8 or more years' experience leading product management and product owner experts

5 or more years' experience creating cross-discipline experiences

5 or more years' experience leading end to end testing and enterprise UAT.

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$168,800 - $232,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
