Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to work for a local client! The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in managing both AP and AR functions. Experience with full-cycle AP is highly desirable, and familiarity with MS Dynamics software is preferred.Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communications.
Manage Accounts Receivable tasks, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to AP and AR transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address financial discrepancies and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions and compliance.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable roles.
Experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Dynamics software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and customers.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
