Bohrn To Achieve Childcare and Preschool is currently looking for suitable teachers to join their team. Here at Bohrn To Achieve we strive to give quality childcare and believe that all children should be given the opportunity to grow and strengthen their skills to set a solid foundation for their academic future. Our staff all have a passion for what they do daily to support the children in achieving these goals.

All qualified applicants must have:

- Some childcare experience

- Current Boise City Childcare license or be willing to get one

- CPR and First Aid certified or be willing to take a class to become certified

Job responsibilities for infant teachers include:

- Lifting up to 30 lbs.

- Ability to interact with children between the ages of two months to 18 months

- Change diapers according to schedule

- Be able to remember and document all meals, bottle times, and nap times. (We have a very strict policy when it comes to our babies, please be prepared to multi-task and to check boards every 30 minutes to see what the children will need.)

- Have patience for the children in your care

- Proactively keep track and document children's supplies (diapers, wipes, clothes, etc.)

- Be a team player and be able to keep up with the fast paced environment

- Help keep the facility clean and tour ready

- Capable of communicating well with other staff and parents

Job responsibilities for toddler and preschool teachers include:

- Lift up to 40 lbs

- Assist with work packets and art projects

- Ability to interact with the children and keep them engaged during lesson and play times

- Follow the curriculum provided and teach the children in weekly and monthly lesson plans

- Assist children in the process of potty training

- Help keep facility clean and tour ready

- Capable of communicating well with other staff and parents

- Be a team player and able to keep up in a fast paced environment
