Requirement: High School diploma or equivalency, at least 21 years of age, valid drivers license, interest working with youth. Those with BA/BS degrees are encouraged to apply. Older adults are also encouraged.
We are a faith-based residential treatment program for teens (ages 12 - 17). Our clients are good kids making poor choices and have hearts for a better life.
Persons hired will work with a team to plan, organize and participate in daily living, work, recreation, educational, and worship activities during their shift. Their primary responsibility is to assure clients are physically and emotionally safe and that the therapeutic program is being followed. This hands-on position requires staff to be involved in all activities and focused on helping clients meet their goals.
