We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Consultant to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organized Showroom Consultant to join our team in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry. In this role, you will support our customers and sales team while contributing to the creation of beautiful kitchen and bath spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Administrative Support:

Schedule appointments and manage email communications.

Accurately enter project and customer information into internal systems.

Prepare and send job files and drawings to the fabrication shop.

Create project bids and estimates.

Assist with marketing effort by developing social media posts, blog content, and brochures.

Showroom Maintenance:

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized and visually appealing.

Keep samples and displays updated to reflect current offerings.

Customer Support:

Assist customers in selecting cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, and other materials.

Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in sales or the kitchen and bath remodeling industry is preferred but not required (we’ll train the right person!).

Proficiency with basic computer systems and ability to learn internal systems.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for running errands as needed.

Position Details:

Job Type: Part-time to full-time depending on candidate, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Pay: Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience.

Showroom Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
