Leading edge, international aviation company, located in Boise, Idaho is seeking an experienced. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with exceptional attention to detail and a passion to make a positive difference in the aviation industry. A wide degree of creativity and adaptability is expected. Candidate must be proficient in ability to perform a variety of tasks and must be a self-starter. This position is full-time with benefits upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.

The Order Management position will work on a growing team of specialists who report to our Customer Service Manager. This team handles large volumes of transactions each day. This position is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience working within and supporting a business specializing in B2B and B2G. This is a long term strategic position at Aviation Specialties Unlimited, Inc. In this position you will be accountable for working across the organization to facilitate internal communication, and focus on identifying and mitigating areas of risk that could otherwise negatively impact cost, schedule, performance, and quality standards. As an Order Management professional, you can have a positive impact in developing and executing organizational, operational and business processes, and assist with strategy development, as well as ownership of cross group initiatives.

Responsibilities

Review contracts for accuracy and provide recommendations to ensure they comply with established company policy.

Process contracts through Microsoft Dynamics to provide clients with their deliverables and order confirmation

Ensure compliance with company standards for revenues, efficiencies, cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete on-time delivery;

Understand and adhere to all corporate guidelines for pricing, legal, and product.

Review and help prepare all Sales Agreements with Sales before presenting to Client; provide updated language, calculation of credits for re-writes and recommendations for edits or further approvals before submission to Client.

Review order packages for accuracy and compliance within booking guidelines, contractual language, and pricing.

Review new and existing services before transacting; complete Order Check List. Work with all business units if approvals and key data are missing ensuring ASU maximizes sales bookings for the month / quarter.

Enter all specific Client and Sales data into Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics systems.

Review Transaction Verify report after booking for accuracy.

Hand off to License Management and Production Planning teams to activate Client deliverables.

Electronically file all emails and contractual documentation.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

3 or more years of related office experience in one of the following areas: Customer Service, Sales Support, General Accounting

Proficient in all Microsoft Software. Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce CRM system knowledge a plus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Candidate must have excellent follow up skills and be timely and well organized.

Develop order management expertise to ensure our customers receive the right product, at the right place, on time, and in the expected condition

Ability to coherently document and update service, order management and product fulfillment workflows
