Looking for customer service representatives for a Trinity Health Medical Facility in Boise ID. Point of contact for customers who have problems or questions about billing services. Customer service representatives are usually provided with the means to answer the most basic questions. This is a call center type position. This is a contract position.
Candidates must have strong customer service skills. There are 15 different systems that are used. HS Diploma/GED, Drug Test, Background Screen will be required.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
