Position Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote

Job Summary: RentReporters.com is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
o Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
o Assist customers with product information, account issues, and other inquiries.
o Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
o Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Data Management:
o Update and maintain customer records in the company’s CRM system.
o Ensure the confidentiality and security of customer information.
o Generate reports on verification and retention activities for management review.
Primary Requirements:
Experience:
o Minimum of 6 months remote customer service experience (remote experience preferred).
Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
o Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
o Computer proficiency
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
