Full time

Pay: $26.45/hr.

Salary: 55k/DOE

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager overseas all aspects of the Restaurant, by increasing sales and improve profits. Deliver absolute guest satisfaction, and constantly coaching team members to promote constant growth, maintaining and upholding the integrity and ethics of the company. Controls food and labor costs shifty, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Assists the team in taking care of the guests every visit, every day to provide absolute guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

Must obtain food handler permit and OLCC permit per state and local laws.

Has the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Possesses strong Guest Service skills and communication skills.

Recruit, hire, train and develop a highly efficient, well-structured staff using approved company programs and methods. Promote loyalty to the company brand and its image within the restaurant and the community.

Supervise food preparation and handling for the highest safety and quality.

o Maintain quality control according to company’s standards and recipes.

o Comply with all federal, state and local health department regulations.

Maintain the highest level of Guest Service and public relations.

Maintain and control food, labor and controllable costs.

Take full responsibility for cash handling and security.

Have working knowledge of all job positions within the restaurant.

Be open to suggestions and maintain an atmosphere of professionalism when dealing with restaurant staff, corporate staff, vendors and guests.

Maintain the highest level of Guest service and public relations.

Aim to achieve projected sales.

Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations.

Inspects all refrigerators and storerooms for excessive inventories, over preparation, spoilage, and to ensure that sanitation is maintained in all food and beverage areas.

Oversees inventories and purchase.

Works alongside other employees when needed.

Achieve Absolute Guest Satisfaction by insuring that Team Members understand and execute the 7 Steps of Service.

Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximize Team Member productivity.

Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

Perform all duties necessary to establish and grow a profitable restaurant within the guidelines of company’s International and professional business ethics.

Physical Requirements:

Required to stand and walk.

The employee is frequently lifting and/or carrying from 5 lbs. - 50 lbs.

On occasion will be required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Working with commercial grade chemicals for cleaning.
