Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies

Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities

Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met

Continuing operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes

Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information

Performing special projects as assigned

Supporting the company in data entry and other administrative tasks

Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent obtained

Produce a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy

Strong familiarity with Payable Invoices

Data entry experience

Experience with Enter Invoices

Practical knowledge of Sage 300

Coding Invoices experience preferred

General familiarity with Microsoft Excel

Adeptness in Process Vendor Invoices

Command of Accounts Payable (AP)

Demonstrated knowledge of Review Invoices

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

Can work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
