Seeking a Submarine Electronics Technician to join our team in Pearl Harbor, HI. The successful candidate will work with a team of highly dedicated and experienced former service personnel in maintaining the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Force Warfighting Capability.You will perform operations and basic preventive maintenance; including start-up, initialization, shutdown, emergency procedures, equipment checkouts, alignment procedures on other submarine electronic navigation equipment, and ship control electronic systems under the supervision of senior personnel. Catalogs, inventories, and prepares navigation charts.Minimum Requirements:
Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain an Active Secret Clearance
Technical (Military/Trade) school and at least 8 years of experience or equivalent
Hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, repairing Submarine ECS systems
Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
Eight (8) years of electronics operation and repair experience
Experience troubleshooting network or connective problems
Experience testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions
Experience with root cause analytics and electronic equipment operation
