The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of cleanliness in our guestrooms.What you will be doing:Clean guestrooms to include: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies, etc.Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guestMaintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipmentAccurately report room status reports throughout the duration of your shiftTake ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional serviceWork effectively and contribute positively to a teamKeep linen closets, supply closet and landing organized and cleanReport damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areasRespond professionally, politely, and efficiently to requests from guestsUse hands to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavyMaintain excellent grooming and uniform standardsRead, understand and follow all department policies
