Maintenance Mechanic II

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team for an overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working during non-traditional hours and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.What you will be doing:Skill in the use of hand and electrical tools with familiarity of parts and materials for maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, finishes, masonry, and FF&E.Performs rounds on critical systems and can identify/trouble shoot system deficiencies.Performs preventive maintenance on product and all major equipment.Maintain, clean and organize a properly stocked storeroom by keeping an inventory of supplies, parts and equipment manuals to quickly complete repairsObtains price quotations and fills out requisitions for parts and supplies.Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency proceduresMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the HotelAvailable for overnight shifts hours (11:00pm – 7:00am)
