Description Robert Half is looking for a Data/Intake Specialist to join a fast-growing company. The Data/Intake Specialist will support the accounting and finance departments by performing data entry tasks. The Data/Intake Specialist will need to have intermediate experience in excel and proficiency in database management. This Data/Intake Specialist opportunity is for you if you have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy! Engage with clients as necessary via email and phone
Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses
Perform day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account
Design the bookkeeping processes of the company
Assist with administrative duties as necessary
Work with incoming and outgoing funds to reconcile financial books
Help with editing and creating financial documents for the Accounting team
Requirements
Must be highly skilled in time management and have verbal and written communication skills
1+ years of experience working in accounting
Must be detail-oriented and have critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Bookkeeping experience preferred
Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet applications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study preferred
