As a Sales Development Representative at Grand Welcome, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales team. Your will be responsible for driving growth in markets - delivering new contracts weekly and strategizing around future expansions. Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers
Deliver inside and outbound sales for our short term rental program
Close marketing-generated and self-generated leads
Manage the sales lifecycle, from inquiry to close of contract
Analyze data to identify sales building strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent practical experience
1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or related field
Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated and target-driven
Experience using CRM systems
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
