Insight Twenty20 is a locally owned and 20-year-in-operation company based in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are seeking highly detailed writers to conduct in-person customer service audits at retail venues, food and beverage venues, hospitality venues and general inquiries (in-person and phone) primarily in the Honolulu/Waikiki area with some work opportunities on the Westside, Windward side and on the neighbor islands. The written audits may be completed at home upon completion of the in-person visit or phone audit. We are seeking those who may have the following:
- Sharp eye for details
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to relay your observations in an objective and professional manner
- Responsible, timely, honest work ethic
- Ability to work independently

WRITING SAMPLE: A 400-500 word writing sample is requested on the third page of the application. It is suggested to set aside at least 30 minutes to complete the application. Any writing samples written by Chat GPT or by an AI platform will not be considered.

This is a part time position only. The position is designed for individuals seeking highly flexible, part-time or project-based work. The position may not align with the goals of those actively seeking full-time roles.
In addition to the base compensation, reimbursement is made for food purchases, retail purchases and travel on the neighbor islands if applicable. Retail items are kept for personal use.
