Insight Twenty20 is a locally owned and 15 years in operation company based in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are seeking strong, observant and objective writers to conduct in-person customer service audits at retail venues, food and beverage venues, hospitality venues and general inquiries (in-person and phone) primarily in the Honolulu/Waikiki area with work opportunities on the West Side, Windward side and on the neighbor islands. The written audits may be completed at home upon completion of the in-person visit. We are seeking those who may have the following:
- Sharp eye for details
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to relay your observations in an objective and professional manner
- Responsible, timely, honest work ethic
- Ability to work independently

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to fill out the page where two original writing samples are requested on the application. It is suggested to set aside at least 15 minutes to complete the application. We request each writing sample to be at least 300 words each.
You do not need to provide your Social Security number on the application. In the SSN box on the online form, you may input random numbers. However, upon retaining your services, we will request a W-9 with valid tax ID number and a copy of a photo ID.
This is a part time position only. In addition to the regular pay rate, reimbursement is made for food purchases, retail purchases and neighbor island travel if applicable. You retain the retail items for personal use.
