WHO CAN APPLY

No experience is necessary, but applicants should know about Hawaii. Prior tour experience is great; CDL A with passenger endorsement is a plus.
PAY SCHEDULE - FULL-TIME POSITION
TRAINING PERIOD
You will be at our training program for two weeks. You will get paid for every hour that attending the program.
PROBATION PERIOD
If you pass our training, you will start working, and your probation period will start. Your probation period is 3 months according to Hawaii state law.
START YOUR EMPLOYMENT WITH OUR TEAM AS A NEW MEMBER
If you pass the probation period successfully, you will become a new member of our elite team, which is when your life will be changed. Here is your payment plan:
DIRECT:
1- Guarantee full-time position after the probation period. 40 or so hours a week.
2- You will get $17.00 an hour or $22.00 an hour for CDL with passenger endorsement.
3- You will possibly get 5 to 15 hours a week over time from the second or third month if you become a pro in your job.
4- You will get overtime, especially in busy seasons time 20-40 hours a week.
IN DIRECT
There are a good amount of cash tips involved in our business. We encourage all our clients in writing and orally to tip our staff in cash. This is not guaranteed, but it is happening every day. This is what you will earn on average daily/monthly and annually if your customer service skill is excellent:
Daily $75.00 - $175.00
Monthly $1,500.00 - $4,000.00
Annually. $18,000.00 - $50,000.00
Please pay attention to the fact that you file your taxes by your self for your tips.
BENEFIT PACKAGE FOR EMPLOYEES:
1- We are offering a worker compensation plan according to state law.
2- We are offering a TDI plan according to state law.
3- We are offering a Full: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Drug plan. (If you don't need a medical plan, you will get extra hourly pay)

6- We are offering 401 K after 12 months of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
1- You should be at least 20 years old.
2- You should have a valid driver's license with at least two years of driving history.
3- You should be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
4- You should not be a smoker of any cigar, electric cigar, marijuana, cocaine, etc. Our insurance is not allowing us to hire smokers.
5- You should be an on-time person. If you are one of those people who is constantly late at work, please do not apply.
6- No addiction of any kind.
7- You should have two references. One must be your current employer.
