We are seeking qualified Maintenance staff, including a maint supervisor, for our 150+ condo building.

Duties will include (partial list):
-General repairs
-Basic Landscaping
-Painting & Touchups
-Pest Control
-Groundskeeping
-minor electrical and plumbing repairs
-basic carpentry (door repair/gates/metalwork/woodworking)
-Facility cleaning (Power washing, elevator cleaning, stairwells, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, basic tree pruning, gardening, parking lot maintenance, laundry room detailed cleaning, screens & window washing, wiping railings, bbq grill cleaning, etc)
-Garbage duties (we have multiple garbage shoots that empty to dumpsters that need to be pulled for pickup a couple times a week) recycling, trash shoot maintenance.
-Beachside cleanup
-lighting repair & replacement
-irrigation system repair & replacement
-Gate/fence maintenance(we will be replacing entire fence line in house)
-basic framing/construction (We will be building security office)
-Ventilation exhaust fan maintain & repair belts, motors, drive systems
-Roof drain cleaning
-Flood/storm prep (sand bagging and minor flood cleanup seasonal)
-Tool, equipment and inventory management
-Ability to work independently and supervise others
-Professional attitude, respectful to our tenants and owners and guests.
-Ability to work with, motivate and respectfully manage our existing gardener (Our grounds are in desperate need of renovation which you will be handling)
-Work with our site manager and security staff as directed, develop weekly and monthly schedules, check lists and routine preventative maint of building facilities and systems.
-Assist building site manager in supervision of on site contractors (more advise and consult role) as building is undergoing massive projects for concrete repair, painting and carpentry repairs done under contract.
Being on time, reliable, professional, friendly, clean, sober while working, respectful of our residents (yet follow the direction of the site manager and not the whims and directions of the owners), be accountable to our manager/board, assist with dealing with other outside contractors for special projects from time to time.
