PAINTER/CARPENTER WANTED FOR 21 DAYS PAINTING GIG IN NAHIKU NEAR HANA MAUI
We are seeking a painter/carpenter to fly to Maui to do polyurethaning, painting and some carpentry work, on a jungle two bedroom home and a cottage near Hana, Maui. Looking for someone who is willing to start June 18 2024
Work at Two Bedroom House involves Prep : light sanding with 220 grit sandpaper using painters pole with wooden sanding block, and patching of wood with wood filler and replacement or addition of some interior wood with new redwood boards: Coating: coating two coats of Polyurethane finish with 8 to 12 hours drying time between the coats.
Prime then paint kitchen cupboards and cabinets with white oil gloss paint. Prime and then paint pantry room floor and prime and paint small bedroom with two coats of oil gloss paint. Patch and prime and paint drywall behind stove.
Replacement of approx 12 otten boards on exterior deck with new boards and priming and painting of deck surface and
railings. Painting of front porch landing and steps.

Install of laminate pergo flooring time and transitions in kitchen & living room Level floors prior to installation
