PAINTER WANTED FOR ONE TO TWO WEEK PAINTING GIG IN NAHIKU NEAR HANA

We are seeking a painter to prep and paint the interiors of a jungle house and a jungle cottage on a tropical jungle acre .
Most of the walls and ceilings of the house and cottage are made of redwood and cedar and they are currently coated
with Polyurethane gloss finish. The work involves:
Prep: Cleaning the ceilings, walls and window sills, cabinets stairs, railings, and wooden floors and doing light sanding of all polyurethaned surfaces with 220 Grit sandpaper. Taping all the windows so that they do not get polyurethane or paint on them. Patching holes and wooden areas damaged by rot or termites by filling them with bondo or wood filler and or covering them with new wood of same color. Sanding and then painting the bondo or wood filler with paint to match the current color of the wood. Painting with two coast of Gloss Polyurethane oil based finish, leaving 8 to 12 hours in between each coat for drying time.
For the limited areas of the house and cottage on which the floors have been painted with gloss white paint,
repaint those areas with gloss white paint of the same kind and color.
We would like this work to be done during the period of February 18 to March 1st, 2024
