On-call Afternoons, Evenings, & Weekends
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled On-Call Maintenance Technician to assist with basic repairs and maintenance tasks at residential and vacation rental properties. This is a flexible, as-needed position ideal for a handyman or maintenance professional looking for extra work.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior maintenance, construction, or handyman experience
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Strong communication and time-management skills
Preferred but not required:
Knowledge of vacation rental operations
Familiarity with properties in the Kihei/Wailea area
