We are seeking a driven & responsible individual to join our crew!

General Duties:

Performs maintenance, repairs, and installations of residential and commercial garage doors and operators.

Maintains an orderly work environment, both on the jobsite and of the work vehicle.

Accountable for their own equipment and the quality of their work.

Assesses the needs of the customer, invoices appropriately with full notes, and collects immediate payment when possible.

Works with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure all jobs are properly accounted for.

Coordinates scheduling on a daily basis with customers.

Actively tracks inventory and properly informs the office when additional parts are required.

Assists with the upkeep of the door inventory, including unloading of a freight container, as needed.

Assumes other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred experience in the areas of commercial and/or residential garage doors or construction.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and maximum accountability.

Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Able to organize own work, coordinate projects, set priorities, meet deadlines and follow up on assignments with minimum direction.

Pleasant manner in telephone and personal contacts and a professional demeanor.

Ability to travel.

Ability to work as a team member and work effectively with diverse people.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Physical ability to stoop, kneel, bend, use an iPhone, and perform heavy lifting.

The ideal Service Technician will display sound judgment, relate well to the public and staff, have a professional demeanor, prioritize customer satisfaction, and be comfortable working under strenuous conditions.
