Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance department and ensure our vessels remain in top operating condition. This role involves overseeing maintenance staff, managing repair schedules, coordinating vessel haul-outs, and working closely with operations to support daily tour readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Vessels, Equipment, & Repairs

Lead proactive maintenance and high-quality repairs on vessel hulls, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Ensure minimal downtime by planning and executing regular maintenance schedules.

Manage maintenance records, parts sourcing, tool logs, and shop cleanliness.

Be available during “on-call” shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Support vessel haul-outs and emergency repairs.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, supporting growth and enforcing safety standards.

Communicate effectively with operations, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth daily function.

Shop Management

Maintain tools, parts, and hazardous materials in a safe and organized manner.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and marine systems preferred.

Proven leadership and communication skills.

Comfortable working in variable environments (office, shop, vessels, outdoors).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Must be flexible and available weekends and holidays.
