Job Title: Licensed Hawaii Journeyman Electrician Supervisor
Job Summary: Crescent Homes Maui is seeking a full time, licensed Hawaii Journeyman Electrician to join our team. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing and installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our Electrical Contractor and construction team to ensure safe and efficient electrical installations and troubleshoot any electrical issues that may arise.
Candidate Description: The ideal candidate for this position must have a valid Hawaii Journeyman Electrician license and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work. You should have a very strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. This is a supervisory position requiring positive leadership within established methods and protocols of the company.
Expected Skills / Requirements:
Valid Hawaii Journeyman Electrician license and current valid driver's license, must be insurable.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial electrical work
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams
Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues
Own basic hand tools, job specific tools will be provided
Comfortable with electrical tools, equipment and materials
Ability to prepare and provide material lists, updates and job status as needed
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must be dependable
Able to lift 50lbs, work in sun and rain and move at a strong pace
Familiarity with HECO appreciated

Job Locations: Primarily Westside, work is done island wide
Compensation: Starting wage $40.00/ Hour with increase opportunities within 90 days
Benefits: Health, Dental, Optical and Prescription with options as well as eventual use of a company vehicle and gas card.
