Lead Carpenter

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter with residential experience to lead a small team of apprentice carpenters and laborers on projects in the Kamuela area. We specialize in carpentry and leave other areas to our trusted trade partners (drywall, electrical, flooring, painting, plumbing, etc.) You will be working as a member of a team performing remodeling of custom homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Framing and blocking interior walls, doors, and windows
-Installation of doors and windows, including trim out
-Finish carpentry such as beadboard, chair rails, baseboards, and crown molding
-Installation of custom vanities, cabinets, and other home accessories
Construction and Carpentry experience:
-At least three years of hands-on carpentry experience
-Experience leading a team and ability to coordinate tasks
-Knowledge of job site safety
-Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction drawings
-Own your own tools for use at job sites
-Have a reliable vehicle with proof of current license, registration, and insurance
-Excellent Communication skills
-Dependable
-Be able to work harmoniously as part of a team
Our future company assignments may be available on the West side from Kona north to Kamuela on custom remodeling of homes and condos.
