Responsibilities:
- Beer Management: Take charge of our beer production, overseeing the brewing process from start to finish. This includes managing the brewing schedule, monitoring fermentation, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Ingredient Ordering: Utilize your knowledge of brewing ingredients to order and maintain a well-stocked inventory. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients, allowing for uninterrupted brewing operations.
- Brew Schedule Facilitation: Work closely with our brewing team to create and maintain an efficient brew schedule. Coordinate brewing activities to optimize production and meet demand, ensuring our customers always have access to their favorite Lokahi brews.
- Distribution Coordination: Take charge of our distribution logistics, ensuring that our beers reach our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with delivery partners to facilitate smooth beer delivery, maintaining strong relationships with our distribution network.
Requirements:
- Passion for Craft Beer: A deep appreciation for the art and science of brewing is a must. Knowledge of different beer styles, brewing techniques, and industry trends will be highly valued.
