You dont need to have experience, as long as you do the job fast and good, you will get higher pay. that is as simple as that. As an example. I can pay a new guy with no experience 40per hour in a few months as long as she/he learns super fast and does good job. You can climb up like a rocket. In order to do that you need to practice outside working hours and also take some time to learn.
