Mechanical / Industrial General Contractor seeking a qualified, multi-skilled General Foreman.
Position:
Project generally consist of water, wastewater, and fuel systems
Full time
Supervising craftsman and subcontractors
Mix of Private and Prevailing Wage (Davis-Bacon) work
Jobsites vary across Big Island
Requirements:
Applicant must have 5 years’ experience as a Foreman
Able to read plans, perform layout and check elevations
Able to pass High Security Background checks for Military Projects
Understanding of general construction safety rules and regulations
Multi-skilled worker willing and able to assist and perform other trades
Familiarity with demolition, heavy industrial pipe installation, concrete work, equipment operation, and earthwork
Perform physical labor for heavy construction projects
