Honest, able to work independently, self-starter. Ready, willing, able and eager to work!
Friendly, hardworking and trustworthy. Must like children, cats and chickens.
Have pickup truck a plus. Need to use own tools, but we also have some.
Excellent communication skills needed. Ability to text and email helpful.
Skilled labor, including painting, carpentry, some plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repairs, cleaning, needed for repair & maintenance of 30 resident units.
Part time job (24 hours per week) to start but may lead to Full Time. Hourly wage plus Health Insurance, Dental & Vision. Option to participate in company-matched IRA plan, if desired.
