Requirements:
- Experience: Painting professionals with hands-on expertise and knowledge of tools and techniques.
- Leadership Skills: For crew leads, the ability to guide teams and execute projects efficiently.
- Drug-Free & Professional: Safety and integrity are non-negotiable.
- Strong Work Ethic: Driven individuals who take pride in their work and purpose.
Pay Rates:
- Crew Leaders: $30-$35/hr (Expert in leadership + all aspects of painting)
- Journeyman Painters: $27-$30/hr (Independent, highly skilled, and efficient)
- Skilled Painters: $25-$27/hr (Solid foundation with room to grow)
- Sales/Estimator: Commission based pay
