Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as E-Bike Rental Shop Assistants. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing an unforgettable e-bike rental experience for our customers visiting the vibrant Waikiki resort area.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with e-bike rentals, including explaining rental options, safety guidelines, and local riding recommendations.
Conduct e-bike safety orientations for customers to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on e-bikes.
Assist with keeping the rental shop clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Process rental transactions and maintain accurate rental records.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Promote additional services and attractions to enhance the customer's experience.
Qualifications:
Passion for outdoor activities, cycling, and eco-friendly transportation.
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
Basic knowledge of e-bikes or a willingness to learn about e-bike operations and safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is a plus.
