Are you looking for meaningful work? Do you love Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and/or working with kids?

Our students are kind, enthusiastic, and engaged. This is the most enjoyable and meaningful work I have ever been involved in, and I hope you will find it to be similarly rewarding.
Your principal role will be stewarding the growth of young souls into mindful, disciplined, and worthy Jiu-Jitsu players, capable of defending themselves proficiently, of calming their minds sufficiently, and of performing well in competitions.
Our principal aim is to support children in becoming better citizens and to help set them up for general success in their lives.
You will be reliable and punctual and have previous experience and skills working with children and/or training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
There are up to 2 positions available and one of them could fast-track to a Head Coach position.
Hires will be responsible for classroom set-up, breakdown, and similar in addition to supporting classroom supervision and instruction.
Preferably, you should be spiritually minded, having your own belief in a higher power and/or your own mindfulness or meditation practice.
You should also be open to further training in our preferred styles of Jiu-Jitsu instruction and Mindfulness and Social and Emotional skills instruction.
You’ll be working with children, ages 4-17, at our studio in Pukalani from as early as 2pm to as late as 6:30pm. We operate classes Monday - Thursday, and have some flexibility in terms of what your exact schedule might be.
You’ll need to be able to pass a background check
HOW TO APPLY:
Please text our business line to express your interest. You’ll receive a link with next steps (with the option to submit a resume with cover-letter and/or to fill out our online application).
Thank you!
