What You’ll Learn & Do
Safely assist in tree pruning, removals, and groundwork.
Learn proper rope techniques, knots, rigging, and climbing skills.
Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment.
Understand tree biology, health, and best arboricultural practices.
Develop leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Who We’re Looking For
Passionate about the outdoors and physical work.
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
No experience necessary—just a commitment to learning and growing.
Valid driver’s license. CDL is a plus!
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
