Seeking help with air conditioning maintenance, repair, and installation at a private home. Seeking an HVAC technician.
Have a license or be able to buy a/c machines and parts. Be able to clean and repair a Daikin and Fujitsu ductless split system. Install a new evaporator coil into an existing unit. Be able to install a new compressor and attached indoor unit. Looking for someone that is trained and experienced.
I have a Daikin split ductless system. Five units inside. Four compressors outside. One Fujitsu unit and compressor.
Looking for an ongoing relationship. Someone that can come to my house and maintain the a/c system multiple times a year.
Ideal job start time begins at 12 noon (or later). Pay given in cash after each shift.
The house is close to the Waikiki-Kapahulu library, the zoo, and the Kapahulu Rainbow Drive Inn.
You must be willing to do a background check. I will pay for the background check. If I call you, I will ask to see your i.d. and ask for references.
Do not send your i.d. card in your first response. First, I will provide you references of people that have worked for me to show you that I am genuine. I will not do anything malicious with your personal information. You can ask my references if I would do anything like that.
This home has one elderly person that is immune-compromised (non-contagious) and at high risk to viruses. Extra precautions must be taken when entering the house.
